Trigger Point Fundamentals

Please Note

After more than 20 years of presenting live classroom workshops, I have decided to shift my primary focus to online education.

Going forward, my workshops will be offered as live Zoom events, making it easier for participants to attend from anywhere while reducing the time and expense associated with travel.

I will continue to offer in-person workshops for professional organizations, clinics, or associations that can organize a group of at least eight participants. This allows me to continue providing hands-on instruction where there is sufficient interest while dedicating more time to developing high-quality online learning opportunities.

I also remain available for individual consultations by phone or video conference for practitioners seeking personalized guidance, case discussions, or clinical support.

In addition, I am available for consultations with individuals experiencing ongoing pain or other persistent symptoms who are looking for expert assessment, education, and guidance in managing their condition.

Trigger Point Fundamentals

The objective of this workshop is to offer attendees insight into myofascial pain and how MTrPs are often the underlying cause.

  • Attendees discover that there’s much more to Trigger Point Therapy than simply following an illustration to inactivate a specific TrP.
  • Our CE workshops are known around the world for their high standard of instruction and comprehensive approach.
  • Our instructors have thoroughly studied and practiced (over many years) the seminal work of Drs. Janet Travell and David Simons.

Trigger Point Therapy/Bodywork should be considered and recommended as an option for the remedial treatment of chronic pain and/or physical performance issues.

Our humble opinion; Trigger Point Therapy should also be a part of ALL physical rehabilitation protocol and should be an integral component of all athletic training programmes.
