Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please be certain you will be able to attend before you register.

We want you to have a pleasant Trigger Point Workshop experience.

Often, we travel to present our workshops and we must pay in advance for venues as well as flights, hotels, and other costs.

These preparation costs are often non-refundable to us.

Please read the following carefully, as the cancellation policy for online and live classroom presentations are different.

With this in mind, here is our Cancellation/Refund Policy

ONLINE Registrant Cancellation

Please be sure you can attend, before you register, as no refunds are offered for online/live streaming workshops.

Registrant Cancellation for LIVE CLASS Presentations

REFUND CUTOFF DATE –

42 days or more before workshop start date.

Cancellation Prior to the Cutoff Date

If you have registered directly with William Huhn

• paid registrant will receive a full refund, if cancellation notification is received 42 days or more before workshop start date. The registrant must inform William Huhn Method™, no less than 42 days prior to workshop start date via email ([email protected]) of the intention to cancel their registration.

Cancellation After to the Cutoff Date

If you have registered directly with William Huhn

• we do not offer refunds after the cutoff date

Cancellation Policy with Workshop Hosts

• Please check with us prior to registering with ANY third party host to ensure it’s a William Huhn Method authorized workshop.
• If the authorized workshop host cancels the workshop, then the paid registrant should be fully reimbursed; but only equal to the amount the registrant has paid to the host, and NOT for any other costs the registrant has incurred (e.g. travel/lodging costs).
• If you are registering through a host, (i.e. the person or company accepting your payment) please inquire about THEIR refund policy before paying your registration fee.
• William Huhn, strongly encourages workshop hosts to follow a fair and reasonable refund policy; however, William Huhn is not liable for any transactions between a registrant and a workshop host.
